or bi-annual preventative planned maintenance contracts are
vital for your business priority list.
Properly maintaining your air conditioning equipment is vital
and will save you money on your energy bills and help your
systems perform more efficiently plus extending the operation
of your equipment.
Critical air conditioning parts will not operate correctly
when dirty. During a routine maintenance visit these parts
receive special attention keeping the system running smoothly
and efficiently. A full inspection of both your internal air
handling units and external condensing units will be made and
preventative maintenance carried out before serious damage
occurs.
If a problem is found with your air conditioning system whilst
carrying out a routine service, our fully qualified engineers
will inform you immediately, and if possible with your permission,
try to repair the fault whilst on site.
